The partnership
A formal pathway, not an informal referral
AM EDU Resources coordinates Work-Based Learning pathways in Australia in partnership with Signet Institute. The relationship is governed by formal written agreements that define which programs we may represent, how we may represent them, and how student placements are handled.
In practice this means three things. Our promotional materials use wording aligned to what Signet Institute has approved. Our application workflows follow the process the partnership agreement sets out. And student placements are made only into arrangements that comply with those agreements and with Australian regulation.
Program details, intakes and entry requirements are confirmed directly with Signet Institute before any student commits to anything — we do not quote from an out-of-date brochure.

The pathway
How a Signet Institute pathway works
Three stages, each with its own requirements and its own paperwork.
Stage 1
Assessment & enrolment
Academic screening, genuine study intent assessment, and enrolment into a program confirmed as available for your intake. Entry requirements verified directly with Signet Institute.
Stage 2
Structured study
The taught component of your qualification, delivered by Signet Institute or a registered Australian training provider under the partnership arrangement.
Stage 3
Work-Based Learning
Assessed workplace learning with a vetted host organisation — named supervision, agreed hours and learning outcomes documented before you start.
Scope
What the partnership covers
Program representation
We may represent only the programs the agreement covers, using approved descriptions of entry requirements, duration and outcomes.
Application workflow
Applications follow the documented process the partnership sets out, including how documents are verified and submitted.
Placement coordination
WBL placements are arranged in line with the agreement, Australian workplace law and the host vetting standards on our WBL page.
Student welfare
Pre-departure orientation, arrival support and a confidential reporting channel apply to every student on a partnership pathway.
Compliance
How we keep this pathway compliant
Cross-border placement programs sit under several legal frameworks at once. Section 3 of our Compliance Code governs how we operate this one.
