Complete support, from first enquiry to first day on campus.

Five service lines, one standard: accurate information, genuine assessment and every fee documented in writing.

Service 01

Student Recruitment & Placement

We place local and international students into universities, colleges, TVET institutions and training providers that genuinely match their academic profile, budget and study intent — across Malaysia, Australia and the wider Asian region.

Before any application is submitted, we conduct a thorough preliminary screening against the institution’s real entry criteria. If a student doesn’t meet them, we say so and look at alternatives rather than submitting an application we expect to fail.

  • Institution and program shortlisting based on your actual profile
  • Preliminary academic eligibility screening
  • Genuine study intent assessment for overseas placements
  • Application submission and progress tracking

Service 02

Academic Advising & Course Selection

Our rule is simple: choose the pathway first, the course second. Choosing a course is a career decision and a financial one. We work through both: what the qualification actually leads to, what it costs in total, and whether the entry requirements are realistically within reach.

Our advisors provide accurate, up-to-date information on academic courses, entry requirements, fees, campus facilities and living expenses. Where figures change frequently — tuition, living costs, visa conditions — we tell you the source and the date so you can verify it yourself.

  • Career-outcome mapping for each qualification considered
  • Full cost-of-study breakdown, including living expenses
  • Pathway options where direct entry isn’t available
  • Credit transfer and articulation guidance

Service 03

Australia Study Placement

End-to-end coordination of Australian study placements: institution selection, application, offer acceptance, and preparation of a complete and truthful student visa application.

All of our Australian recruitment activity aligns with Department of Home Affairs regulations and the Genuine Student requirement. We help you present your real circumstances and intentions accurately — we do not coach students to say what they think a case officer wants to hear.

  • Institution and course selection with registered providers
  • Offer letter review and acceptance guidance
  • Student visa documentation preparation and checking
  • OSHC, accommodation and pre-departure coordination

Service 04

Work-Based Learning Coordination

We coordinate structured, assessed Work-Based Learning placements in Australia with Signet Institute and registered Australian training providers — matching students to legitimate host organisations with proper supervision.

WBL is part of a qualification, not a job-placement service and not a migration pathway. Every arrangement complies with Australian workplace law, with agreed hours, learning outcomes and supervision recorded in writing before a student starts.

  • Host organisation vetting and matching
  • Written placement terms: hours, outcomes, supervision
  • Ongoing check-ins during the placement period
  • A confidential channel to raise workplace concerns

Service 05

Application & Documentation Support

Applications get refused for avoidable reasons: a missing transcript, an unexplained gap, an inconsistent date, a financial document that doesn’t match the requirement. We check all of it before submission.

What we assist with is preparing and organising genuine documentation. AM EDU Resources strictly prohibits assisting any student with fraudulent documentation, academic dishonesty or falsified financial statements — and we will withdraw from an application rather than participate in one.

  • Document checklist tailored to your institution and visa subclass
  • Completeness and consistency checks before submission
  • Certified translation and attestation guidance
  • Support responding to institutional or departmental requests

What we will never do

  • Prepare, alter or endorse falsified academic records
  • Produce or arrange fabricated financial statements or bank letters
  • Write or sit any part of an admissions test or assessment for a student
  • Coach a student to misrepresent their study intentions
  • Guarantee admission, a visa, work rights or permanent residency

BEFORE YOU GO

Preparation is part of the service, not an upsell

An offer letter is the easy part. Language readiness, practical skills for a work placement, and knowing what the first month abroad demands — that is the work that decides whether a placement holds.

Fees

How we charge, and how we don’t

All consultancy fees, service charges and institutional commission arrangements are documented in writing and accurately recorded in our official financial accounts. You will receive a written schedule of any fees payable before you commit to a service.

We do not request, offer, accept or give bribes, kickbacks or secret commissions to institution officials, visa officers or third-party recruiters. There are no unofficial “processing”, “facilitation” or “expediting” fees at any stage of any application.

If anyone asks you for an unofficial payment

Report it. Students, partners and staff can contact Management directly and in confidence at compliance@ameduresources.com.my.

We guarantee strict confidentiality and protection against retaliation for anyone reporting suspected misconduct in good faith.
