Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The initial consultation — understanding your background, goals and budget, and giving you an honest read on your realistic options — is free and carries no obligation.
If you decide to engage us for application and placement services, you will receive a written schedule of all fees before you commit to anything. Nothing is ever charged that isn’t on that schedule.
What should I have ready before I contact you?
Nothing is essential for a first conversation. It helps if you know your highest completed qualification and results, any English test results you already have, a rough budget, and roughly when you’d like to start.
If you don’t have all of that yet, contact us anyway — working out what you need is part of what the consultation is for.
How is my personal data handled?
We collect your personal details solely for recruitment, admission and visa processing, and only with your explicit written consent. Your data is not repurposed for unrelated marketing or shared outside the scope of that consent.
Where records are transferred between Malaysia and Australian entities — including Signet Institute and registered providers — that transfer complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Passport copies, financial records and academic credentials are stored securely and restricted to authorised personnel. Full detail is in Section 5 of our Compliance Code.
